1. Get a certified mail receipt from your post office. We will be using the 20 digit number in this letter. You may also want to get additional certified mail receipts at this time for future letters.

 

2. Download and print these directions before opening this document

3. Create your Lawful Notification Letter of Respectful Warning by opening this document. It will allow you to edit and type in personalized information.

PAGE 1:

           (1) Type in your first name, middle initial and last name. Type your address below that.

           (2) Type in the 20 digit certified mail receipt on the top right corner.

           (3) Type in the date.

           (4) Type in the name and address of the Representative.

           (5) Type the Representative's name in the greeting. (Dear Representative John Doe etc.)
